ART
I talk a lot about creativity—so here’s the proof. This is a little corner of my world where ideas come to life in color, texture, type, and the occasional chaotic scribble. Whether it’s strategic, silly, or somewhere in between, these pieces are just a peek into the way I see (and build) the world. Creativity isn’t just what I do—it’s how I think, how I solve, and how I stay sane.

GARAGE MURAL
Like most folks during COVID, I had a little extra time (and a lot of extra feelings). So I grabbed some paint, fired up the projector, and turned my garage into a tribute to the state I love. I’d never painted a mural before, but that didn’t stop me—I designed it digitally, traced it on the wall, taped it off, and painted my way through the pandemic blues. It became the backdrop for countless garage workouts, deep thoughts, and moments of "hey, this actually looks pretty cool."

WATERCOLOR PETS
I never really painted before—but when Murph got sick, I needed a way to channel everything I was feeling. A few close artist friends gave me paintings of him that meant the world, and I knew I wanted to do that for others. So did some YouTubing, emptied my wallet at Michaels, and started painting. What began as a personal outlet turned into one of my favorite ways to honor the pets we love—whether it’s a heartfelt memorial or a quirky Christmas gift. Every brushstroke is a little thank-you to the furry friends who make our lives better.

MIXED MEDIA
What kind of marketer would I be if I didn’t tell a story while creating something? Alongside each pet painting, I put together a little video—just for them. It’s part process, part love letter, and entirely optional to share. The painting is made for their home; the video is made for their heart (or their socials, if they’re into that). I’m from Missouri—the Show Me State—so yes, I fully understand the “prove it” mindset. While that wasn’t the original motivation, the videos have convinced more than a few skeptical friends that I actually can paint. And don’t worry: I never post these without permission. They’re theirs to keep, post, or cherish privately.
