ABOUT ME

Professionally

My creative brain was wired early—playing with Legos in my living room, building colorful towers that had no blueprint but always a purpose. That’s where I learned some of my most important lessons (sorry, art school):

  • R.T.F.B. — Read the Fricken Manual. Know what you’re building—and why.

  • Innovate anyway. Just because the manual says it one way doesn’t mean it’s the only way.

  • Simplify. Good design works. Over-design distracts.

Fast forward to today: I lead multichannel marketing strategies, shape brand narratives, and help teams turn vision into revenue. I’ve spent nearly two decades building creative solutions to complex business problems—from financial services to community events. I believe in smart strategy, empathetic leadership, and work that actually works.

I’ve worn more hats than I’ve heard mispronunciations of my last name. Those who know me best call me Fink—and if you’ve made it this far, you’re welcome to do the same.

Let’s build something great together.

I uncover the “why” behind the “what.” Whether it’s data, behavior, or gut instinct — I connect dots others don’t see and turn complexity into clarity, making strategies smarter and more human.

INSIGHT

Great brands don’t just speak, they connect. I craft narratives that feel real, move people, and build loyalty — from campaign concepts to everyday touchpoints that stick with your audience.

STORY

SCALE

Ideas are only as good as their execution. I build and lead the systems, teams, and processes that take creativity from spark to wildfire — delivering big results without losing the magic.

Personally

I’m a firm believer that life (and work) are better with a little adventure, a strong community, and a great dog by your side. Outside of the office, I’m an avid explorer—of places, ideas, and opportunities to do good. Whether it’s chasing new experiences or volunteering my time, I’m always looking for ways to make meaningful connections and create lasting impact.

I proudly serve on the executive boards of Unify Northern Colorado and Partners Mentor Youth, where I support causes that focus on mentorship, inclusion, and lifting up future leaders. These roles feed the same part of me that loves marketing—building something with heart, intention, and lasting value.

I’m also an unapologetic dog dad, a people-first leader, and someone who genuinely loves rolling up my sleeves to help where I can (especially if snacks are involved)

My Community

NOCO UNIFY brings together young leaders to grow, give back, and make an impact—supporting youth through fundraising while developing the next generation of community changemakers.

PARTNERS

Partners empowers local youth through mentoring, education, and prevention programs—creating strong, positive connections that help young people build resilience, achieve goals, and thrive in their communities.

Need Proof? Here’s the Pudding!

I get it — you like to see it in writing. This is the part where I hand you a nicely designed piece of paper that says, “Yes, I’ve done the work.” Download away and get the scoop on my experience, approach, and what I bring to the table
